Lifelong friends Rick and Rob had long debated whose barbecue sauce was better. Instead of creating another traditional barbecue sauce, they set out to make something different, a ranch inspired sauce with the depth to stand alongside Texas barbecue.
While sharing early batches at the Round Top Film Festival, they met RJ Casey and Jared Shaw, former Special Forces veterans turned stuntmen, actors, and producers. What started as a casual tasting quickly became a partnership. With Rob’s wife, Shanna Schanen, Co Founder of the festival and the group’s trusted taste tester, the team was complete.
The result is Ricky Robby’s Ranch Sauce, a smoky, tangy blend designed to elevate everything from beef and pork to poultry and more. Available in Original and Spicy, each bottle also supports charitable organizations.
